Q: What’s the standard size on the necklace?
A: A Standard Sized Necklace is 18”

A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: I don't have my original invoice/packing slip, can my return still be accepted?
A: You must present a copy of your invoice/ packing slip to accept any returns or repairs. Returns may be made within 2 weeks of purchase.

Q: How can I make changes to my order?
A: Please, choose your items carefully. Once orders have been made, they cannot be changed.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: California Sales Tax will only apply to California residents.

Shipping

Q: Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?
A: Yes, just enter the desired ship address in the “shipping address” section of your shopping bag.

Q: Does someone have to sign for the package on delivery?
A: No, you don’t need to sign for your package. If you are not at home when the package is delivered USPS & UPS will contact you for a convenient time of delivery or pick-up.

Q: When will my package arrive?
A: Within 2 weeks of purchase domestically, no more than 3 weeks internationally
